Great product delivered quickly

I can’t really fault Pooky. Their customer service is FANTASTIC! Being able to call with questions and speak to someone is a real novelty but makes the experience 100% times better. They go above and beyond - a Katherine lamp got lost in the post and when returned to them they resent it back out. Then more recently I ordered three wall lights and they came really quickly. The packaging is all recyclable (no plastic tape) which we really appreciate.

Really pleased with our two bedside lamps. They're not quite as bright as we are used to but they're just different and we will get used to it. They are really well made and designed and look fab.

I have ordered multiple lights form Pooky over the last few months and I love them all. Great variety and simple and easily assembled/fitted. I have however on my recent purchase felt a bit let down by the product and delivery. Package delivery was a mess by DPD, one box missing and then arrived very late at night open and damaged. I called customer service and Charlotte has been really helpful and understanding. I know it’s not Pookys fault but this is the reason for 4/5 stars.

I am very happy with the picture light - well made and easy to use.
