The Pledge

At Pooky we recognise the value that diversity brings to society and that business can play a valuable role in promoting it. And we believe that companies that embrace diversity and inclusivity are likely to do better as result. 

So we are fully committed to choosing our employees, partners and suppliers regardless of race, creed, colour, sex, gender or sexual orientation.

So when Rukmini Patel and Kate Watson-Smyth told us about “The Pledge” we thought it sounded like a fantastic place to start. We’d hate anyone to perceive us as opportunistically using the BLM movement for our own advantage. But we think “The Pledge” represents a really good initiative for a sector that can definitely do more to encourage diversity and we’re happy to offer our support in any way we can.
